Mosaic Chai House is the vision of founder Rajni Posner, who brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, strategy, and brand building—and a lifelong passion for bringing people together. Inspired by her life as a wife, mother of three, and active member of the Berkeley community, Rajni imagined a welcoming place beyond work and home where neighbors could slow down, connect, and feel a genuine sense of belonging. Opening soon, Mosaic Chai House is being thoughtfully created around intentional hospitality, authentic relationships, and the belief that every person has a story worth sharing—a home away from home where people of all ages can gather, connect, and become part of something greater together.
