About Mosaic Chai House

Founder Rajni Posner brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, strategy, and brand building to The Mosaic, but her greatest passion has always been creating meaningful connections between people. Inspired by her life as a wife, mother of three, and active member of the Berkeley neighborhood, she envisioned a place where community could flourish beyond the walls of work and home.

Mosaic Chai House is the realization of that vision—a welcoming gathering place built on intentional hospitality, authentic relationships, and the belief that every person has a story worth sharing. Every detail of the space reflects her commitment to creating a home away from home where neighbors of all ages can connect, belong, and become part of something greater together.
